Welcome to the Office!

My name is Tim Guill, and I'm a Colorado work comp lawyer.  I choose to specialize in the field of Workers' Compensation out of respect for the men and women who sacrifice their health and safety every day at work so the rest of America can enjoy the fruits of your labor.  This is how I was raised.  This is what I believe.

If you have a serious work injury, I would strongly encourage you to take advantage of a free initial consultation.  There are several attorneys who specialize in Work Comp who will offer this to you.  The worst that will happen is you, the injured worker, will walk out of this office knowing what your rights are, and knowing what options you can pursue.  That's a pretty good deal inasmuch as it doesn't cost you anything, and it may affect the rest of your life.  Frankly, you may not need an attorney.  If you don't, I'll tell you straight up.  But even if you don't, there are things about the work comp system you absolutely need to know.  After we meet, if you want to take your time and think things over, that's understandable -- you're still free to walk out the door with no obligations and you can hire anyone you want.

My objective in doing this is to make sure that you, the injured worker, will understand what your rights are so you can make an informed decision about your case.  I am sure there are several questions you have thought about before entering this website.  Why is your employer denying liability for this injury?  Why aren't you receiving work comp benefits when you know darn good and well you can't work?  Why are you stuck with some doctor you've never even met and don't like?  How is this all going to end?  In general, you want to know, and more importantly, you need to know -- what are your rights as the injured worker?  I will explain your rights to you and the ways I can help out.

That information is just a phone call or a "click" away.  Call or e-mail me and let's sit down and talk this over.  You have no obligations with an initial consultation. I'm happy to help out.  Frankly, you, as an injured worker, deserve that.

P.S. I usually wear jeans to the office on days when I do not have a court appearance scheduled.  If you really feel you just have to talk to a coat and tie you shoud probably keep looking.
